DESCRIPTION:Hampden Township “Trick or Treat Night” will be Monday\, October 31st from 6 to 8 p.m.  \nHampden Township does not sponsor any Halloween or Trick or Treat related activities.  The Township merely establishes a uniform date and time for residents who wish to participate.   \nResidents with children may decide if they wish to participate in door-to-door Trick or Treat activities\, and individual property owners may choose whether or not they wish to distribute treats from their residence.  Those residents who choose not to distribute treats should keep their front porch lights off. \nParents who choose to have their child(ren) participate in Trick or Treat are urged to have them wear costume masks that are large enough to see through easily\, have a flashlight\, and wear bright reflective colors.  Parents should also inspect treats before allowing their children to eat them. \nHave a safe and fun Halloween! \n
