Realtor/For Sale by Owner/Business signs (including directional signs) are not permitted on any Common/Public areas of Indian Creek. Signs are permitted only on the property that is for sale. Open House signs are permitted at the entranceway on the day of the Open House only and must be removed when the Open House is over.
